Lets talk about new vehicles

My best friend when I was young had an Eagle in immaculate condition. He's one of those guys that everything he owns is mint whether it's new or not. He takes care of stuff. We used to deer hunt in the Black Hills with it. Nice vehicle for sure, ahead of it's time really.

My buddy in TN for 35 years. Was a customer of mine. Early 80s working on his 69 Chevelle. He is a stock market buddy as well. Going to buy a Cyber Truck from Tesla because we flipped it to death.. Funny he hasn't bought a new car since 1992. Figures he owes Tesla..lol

I had one of those foam element air cleaners back then. They were marketed by Weiand or Edelbrock. Better than a tiny Cal Custom paper element job but it only kept out low flying birds and large moths :)
Needed it to fit under the hood of my 1974 V8 Vega project.
Man those speed shops pushed those do-nothing Accel dist and coils.
I think they also pushed "speed" too considering almost all shop owners were hauled off to jail by the mid 80's.
I Always wondered why when I ordered or bought parts the guy would keep asking , " Is there anything else you might need? Anything else?"

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz pick up has flip up seats that lock in place like the FIT and HR-V . Very useful .

Shows them at 6:54 into video .

Very tempting .

I want something like this but I want RWD... can we get Holden Ute’s in the states yet?

No-it will never happen................please state why in this size of vehicle how this would make a difference? You can get this in AWD.

Because I personally detest FWD/FWD biased AWD systems and will never own another one. Just like the way RWD feels to drive... just prefer the “push” feeling you get from RWD vs the “pull” feeling from FWD. That’s why I didn’t buy a Honda Ridgeline despite liking everything else about it.

Buy this lovely Santa Fe for $750- bring it to your favourite Motor Trend Cable TV show hot rod body shop, and have them cut off the rear roof and make a Unitbody Trucklet out of it. Ten grand in, and you are rollin' !
