Severe repairs have been noted as average and the frequency of those repairs is low
 
I will admit recent Altima's are nice looking cars, and most Japanese nameplates makes me gag so that's saying something. Too good in fact, I have a hard time telling a well appointed Altima from a Maxima, that's probably a fail for Nissan.

I agree- I can't tell much between a Alt and a Max either
One minor issue came up- I need a quiet car- I like the SR for the requirement I listed and it is very easy to service

Bummer- I understand only the SL and Platinum have the laminated glass to keep everything quiet.........
