Got a call from my cousin back home this morning. His sister is in hospital as she was throwing up blood. Is a life long drinker and horrendously heavy smoker. Only 34 also. All I can do is And think positive.

The body has an amazing ability to heal. If she has ‘got the message’, and stays sober, she will most likely live a long life. She is young enough she can turn this all around. I wish her nothing but the best!
