Jeans; what's your preference?

Levi's 505. I have to buy online as I'm tall & skinny.

Wrangler flex/stretch denim jeans from Walmart. Inexpensive and look and feel great. I have six pairs in rotation and wear them daily.

Last time I wore Levis or Lee, the denim was so thick and heavy they were very uncomfortable and 'grabby'. Also the rise was always too tall. The Wranglers are perfect for my size/shape.

Athletic fit. I just realized I opened up my jeans drawer for the first time in probably a year or two. I only really wear one jean from Calvin Klien since I usually wear chinos.

whatever i can find that fits... being short and fat... it's an adventure...
currently most of my pants are ordered from Dickies, and have to be hemmed.
5'9", but long torso, short legs.. like 25" inseam..
waist goes a bit up/down, currently 48" waist, last few years have fluctuated between 46" & 52" ( wore a 40" waist freshman year of HS)
usually Relaxed fit, and Prefer Carpenter jeans/pants. ( need that cell pocket on the leg)

Can't wear blue Jeans at work ( Grocery store), have to have Black or khaki, work pants are Dickies "light sand" duck carpenter Jeans

Of which I am neither. So Levi's 550s for me. Only off the shelf that fits my legs (my thighs are like his waist size, calfs not much smaller ). Still have to get them hemmed because my inseam is about one calf-worth in length. I tell folks, God just took a regular sized guy and squished him down to get me.

I really like the relaxed fit heavyweight carpenters jeans Dickies that are part of my work uniform. Bonus is I don’t have to wash them!
