Bro to Bro tip: Seersucker shirts! My Fashion setup.

Glad we don't have a formal dress policy at work. There's actually no dress policy, other than it states something to the effect of "We feel our employees can make the determination of what is appropriate to wear to work", and that's a corporate Fortune 500 company.

I wear to work what I wear outside of work, a decent t-shirt, jeans, and Nike running shoes.
Will they call someone out for wearing PJs? Lowest denominator is what sets policies you know...

I have a couple of seersucker short sleeve shirts.
Comfortable and good looking for occasions where you want to look decent but also want to be comfortable.
That with some decent slacks and a pair of brown loafers and good to go.
I'm down to a 30" waist now, so I have a lot of nice and comfortable slacks that I can no longer wear.
