I believe that was something like budget Land lordWhen I used the Frantz toilet paper had a 1 1/2 inch core. When you started the engine the oil pressure pushed the paper down against the screen and core seal. That dont work with the bigger cores. Saw a guy do it right. He unrolled enough paper from the Scott 1000 for it to fit snug inside the canister. He put the Scott 1000 on the base pushed it down against the core seal and screen. Slid the canister down over the Scott and put on the clamp. Budget Gourmet. Actually none of the toilet paper filters require a center tube. Some of the core seals are barely large enough with the bigger tp cores
