Is this Radiator corrosion inhibitor OK?

Should I use this or could I do better? We dont need any antifreeze component where I live, ever.

Boron 2.2%W/W
Ethylene Glycol 45%W/W
Denatonum benzoate 10mg/kg.

Just bought the car it 10 years old, changed thermostats and fully flushed the cooling system really well and added the above mix, the internal galleries I could see were like new. Should I keep this stuff in or find a better product.

any advice welcome.

The presence of good ol' ethylene glycol definitely qualifies this brew as an antifreeze/anti-boil coolant product. The presence of a benzoate organic acid qualifies it more specifically as a DEX-COOL, whether officially licensed as such or not. (Any company can make a DEX-COOL "clone", but if it wants to advertise it as DEX-COOL, it must pay to license the name from GM to do so.) You didn't indicate whether the same product had been used in that car originally, but if so, the pristine condition of the visible cooling system passages suggests it did very nicely for that car. I see no reason to change it out prematurely. Just keep an eye on the radiator level weekly or more often, and change the coolant out every two or three years - or sooner if you notice any problems developing.

Ray thanks for the reply I forgot to subscribe so after a few days after posting I forgot I asked the Q.
The car is a Nissan diesel and has used the normal Nissan dealer coolant since new.
The insides were spotless and I mean shiny like brand new, never seen it before myself.

Just do not want to pay the Nissan markup, nothing much is new today so I was sure another product would give the same results.

The above ingredients came from the back of Castrol's radiator inhibitor additive can.
