I'm an Acura '07 RDX owner and have settled down with PP 5w30 with Purolator PureOne filter (and for what it's worth, this week you can get that combo in an oil & filter change for around $40).

Is it a good combo for a 3k mile OCI? NO! It's a waste.

Is it a good combo for a 7.5k mile OCI? Probably so!

Is is a good combo for a 10k mile OCI? Possibly, with UOA confirmations along the way.

IIRC, the MDX is the turbo'ed Acura that chews up oil. 5K OCI with a UOA if you can extend it further.
