Finally got the Green Tea brew tasting good.

I waited about 5 minutes after the water boiled before I poured it over the tea. We very smoooth and refreshing.

I've been making a couple of batches a day of green and black.

When I want a cup of Hot I'll make about 1 quarts worth then pour my hot cup then put the rest in the fridge for "iced" tea. I don't let is sit more than 2 days becuase I know it goes bad after a while.

I'm saving so much money by not drinking soda's and beer, plus it's better for me.

Still drink lots of water too, and milk and juice.

Yes. Nice. Didn't realise it's a herbal blend but not wimpy like they usually are. Drinkable with or without milk. Spoke to the lady (tealady?) at the Tea Centre yesterday about whether you should use milk. She told me the blend with Vanilla is really good. Maybe try that next time. Search out the Rooibos (rubus) it's worth it...s

Accidentally picked up some green tea with mint in it.

I didin't think I would like it but it's not bad at all.

I got a piece of dark chocolate and put it in my mouth. Tastes like a pepermint patty. Yummy

Lipton decaf Green tea at 10am.
Lipton Lemon Ginseng Green tea at 2pm.
Every day for about 5.5 years now.
Sometimes in the winter, a decaf cup at night.
I get 1-2 colds a year, haven't had a fever or flu since I began.
