IF you work for/with the right company, pay and schedule of drivers is very fair. Been there, done that (wish I still were sometimes, now I'm stuck at a desk

).

One of the better paying jobs that RARELY gets mentioned is pharmacist. STARTING pay is usually a MINIMUM of $30/hr. You're rarely alone, but there's no 'office politics' and your the respected one (hopefully!).

if you're thinking pharmacy, let me say this:
you have to memorize tons of stuff. you have to take classes and tests to maintain your license.
in many states you have to get a pharm d instead of the "bachelor's" degree, unless you go into sales.
if you work in a private pharmacy (closed to the public) there is still tons of politics.
if you work in a large chain, there's tons of politics, you make tons of money, and they work you like a dog.
if you work in a hospital you're on call 24-7.
if you work at a chain or local pharmacy, you'll deal with sick or dying patients.
people will try to game the system, filling multiple prescriptions or "losing" stuff. you will have to see the police every now and then. subpeonas aren't uncommon.

my wife is a pharmacist at a small local store. it pays very well, but the stress can be high as well. if she had to do it all over again, she probably wouldn't do this.

That's wrong there are plenty out there that were born with a silver spoon that should have lasted generations but was squandered in a few short years.

I've heard it said if they took all of the money in the USA and divided it equally between all of the US citizens that all the rich people would have it back in less than 1 yr.

You have to live like a millionaire, not like a person with a million dollars!

You need to find something you would do for free anyway - and then figure out a way to get paid for it. You will very quickly adjust to any increase in income, so you will never feel richer than when you get your first real job....
