Chapter 7 is not necessary for GM. GM can be a very robust company if they get an opticalrectotomy at the top management layers. Even the UAW is better than the fools who have mismanaged General Motors. The workers will do a deal with the company and like good soldiers the majority of them will do as they are told and build whatever the management says to build. But the idiots at the top have to go. Remember: after all the finger pointing is over...the fish rots from the head downward.
