While I've only very rarely had Honda dealer oil and filter change, personally never seen a dealer follow the every other OC fci recommendation. I'm doubtful many a Honda "service advisor" even knows meaning what A vs B means on the MM display.
I get it and should have alluded to agreeing with diy. Just pointing out I haven't seen Honda dealers following every other oil change filter change recommendation. I suppose they could be and still charging for the filter, but even I'm not that cynical.
