Never meant anything personal but the cuisine in Southeast Asia do have similarities. Lucky you...cuisine right at home. The reason is there is a lot of fusion cuisine here. I just so happen to experience real Southeast Asian cuisine. I did provide them fresh opakapaka to be prepared. I believe I gave them about 18 lbs of it. They served us well.
 
Get this Miracle on YouTube ASAP... I for one need an effective lesson on Asian cooking and it sounds like this gal REALLY knows what she's doing. Nice find indeed!

She grows her own Bean Sprouts and sells them to co-workers every week. Her "real" Asian cooking is unbelieveable! Served with a smile, attentive, always cleans the table right away and cleans everything up too. No attitude, no whining, no complaining, just eagarly does it.
