I just bought this high-ish mile Nissan and have been going over it. I had purchased a couple quarts of Honda-labeled MTF last winter to flush our Fit, but it was totalled before I had the chance. I see both are gl-4 rated, but slightly different weights. I'm sure there are special seasonings and flavorings between the two companies fluids, but I wouldn't think there would be a huge incompatibility issue.

Read the Honda bottle and Honda owners manual. Does it say GL-4?

For your Nissan, I'd use a 75w-85 GL-4 MT gear oil. Either source it at your dealer, or grab some RedLine MT85.
GMMoparHyundaiKIa... have a GL-4 75w85. If in a warmer climate, Ford/Amsoil/Redline/MPT also have a GL4 75w90.

Cube 2009-2014 usually requires Nissan oil or Texaco ETL8997B 75w80. If not available you can use 75w80 GL4. So Honda MTF is compatible.
If your manual says 75w85 GL4 you can use anyway Honda MTF or if you prefer other 75w85 GL4 like KIA/Hyundai MTF, Castrol BOT 402, Castrol Syntrans 75w85, FCA Tutela Matrix 75w85, GM 93165290, Saab MTF0063 and others
