Hit a deer can it be fixed?

As others have mentioned, you have to be able to look at the unibody with intense accuracy to see any bends, creases, pinches, etc

If somehow the unibody went without damage, yes the vehicle could be fixed..any damage at any level to the unibody makes the repair no longer feasible for anyone without access to a frame straightener.

I suspect someone who has access to a frame straightener would chose to invest their time in other vehicles that would have better value after repairs are complete.
If the unibody "frame" is bent I'll make it drivable and sell it or let the insurance company take it. From what I can see without firing the sawsall it doesn't appear bent. Like indylan said the shock tower might be crushed/bent, won't know till I get the hood off, as the deers shoulder hit at about headlight level, could have pushed into the shock tower.

You could do it, but it’s likely not worth the time or hassle. Look straight down at where the bumper impact bar mounts and see if that frame rail has any visible damage at all. Deer have spindly little legs and as long as the one you murdered was tall enough, it keeps the damage above the frame rails and airbag sensors.

That radiator support is likely to be welded in, look closely and see if that’s something you’re interested in. Price used or a/m parts and do the math on what it’ll cost you to keep it after insurance inspects to see if this is even a break even venture.
Break even if fine if we get to drive it for another 40,000 miles then sell it for a few thousand bucks it's worth it.
I for got to mention it only has 55,000 miles on it.
It will take us, mostly my wife 4 or 5 years to put 40,000 mines on her car.

It is a 7 year old car. How much was it worth before the accident?

Take the insurance and buy a low mileage 1 or 2 year old car if you don't want to spring for a new car.

Having a newish car going into retirement means you will not need a new car for a decade (roughly). That's a positive thing.
The Hyundai lease turn ins are hot, they can't keep them on the lot. They normally have between 0 and 1 of any Hyundai model there for sale as a lease turn in. They sell themselves.
That at the local piz ant dealership here. Amarillo, Lubbock and Roswell aren't much better.
But Lubbock is off the table. I wouldn't buy an apple from that sob.

Even if I valued my time at $0/hour I would still make that someone else's problem. You could get a second job at Quickee Mart and make up the difference in fewer hours than it would take to make that whole working by yourself

I’m betting on the insurance totaling it. They don’t hold their value the best. Let’s say the insurance gives you $10k, you can go buy another $10k cash car. Or maybe a $15k car and finance the rest if you need to.
And if you bought an identical one for $10K it would have a normal title and no black mark in CarFax.

GF's parents have been dealing with this since Nov... Deer strike on the front corner of her Dad's Imprezza wagon ( 2009, 250+k mi) Body shop they normally used, guy retired, and closed up, had to go to a "new"place... Shop and Insurance totaled it out, shop said they could fix it for~ $6k ( we Only use Factory original Parts! etc), but if they ( GF's Parents) could supply the used parts, the shop would get it roadworthy again, with a salvage title....
they of course had to "buy it back" from the Insurance, and I swear she said THAT was $7k... hopefully that was wrong...
ANYWAY... that was in November, couple weeks before Thanksgiving.... shop still has the car, and isn't returning calls....
a week or 2 later, a small, high volume/turnover used lot near me had 2011 Imprezza Sedan, with less than half the miles for sale for something like $6-8k.
I asked if there was any way they could get their $$ back, and let them keep the hulk, they didn't think so.

this car was just his Runabout back and forth the 30 or so mi to the yard of the Trucking company he drove for.... he's since retired...

Eww that looks like a write off. I had an Accord that I loved it was a manual transmission k24 Accord that I drove to 325,000 miles until a dear hit like that. Can it be fixed yes anything can be fixed. Is it worth fixing probably not. Will an insurance company pay out to fix that almost certainly no.

I dug out the bits of shattered headlight and the strut tower didn't get hit.
The inverter cooling pump is in front of the strut tower and I figured it was toast, it's fine, somehow.
The inverter coolant is still full, must be a sensor who's wires were broken.

Lots of roadside deer hits in my area. Hunters used to keep the population in check, but with all the sports on TV to watch these days, they don't have time to hunt!

One thing to consider if you’re considering keeping the car, if it gets totaled, you might lose your lifetime engine warranty if Hyundai finds out about the title branding.

It's already had 2.0nu engine recalls where it may blow up for more or less the same reasons as the engines in the big GM recall.

I won't post a long one but they totalled this. 47,000 mile. 2017 1 ton gasser.

That thing is gone and I wouldn't want it back.

Did you not like the truck before, or did you figure it could be properly repaired?
Here is @ls1mike thread on his prior truck:
