Help ID The Correct Honda Deck Part

I have a HA4120 Honda Riding Mower with a 48" deck. The part in the picture broke. I guess I could get it welded??? Anyways, I have
got a pic of the part and a parts diagram. I think it is Arm A Tension part #3. Your thoughts? It's the black bar.

That looks like a cast iron part. Unless you know an extremely good welder, probably ought not bother with that path to fixland.

I think order and replace is going to be the call here.

I would be looking everything over to see if something caused the break. The break looks new and clean.
