Has Mobil 1 discontinued Mobil 1's 0W-20?

I believe regular M1 0w20 became AFE around 2008'ish or so.

No your memory is not faulty.. I had the same issue when looking for "Regular" Mobil 1 oil.. The regular one is called "Advanced Full Synthetic" and yes I found 5w-20.

But 0W20 has not existed under the "regular" line-up since 2008 or so.

Amazing because I memorized the entire United States interstate system by 8 years old and knew all 50 states and capitals… Knew every county in the state of Virginia… which there are near 100 of them…

Yet can’t find my car keys or wallet when I just had them two minutes before…

The SN/SN+ 0w30 lost viscosity very easily. Haven't seen enough Triple Action yet to know.
