I agree. Everyone is spewing bile at the Mexico thing, screaming that GM does not invest in the US. Well, those people are wrong.
 
No problem GMBoy...Isn't it curious though, it seems all anybody wants to discuss around here is Mexican investments.

Cant let the facts get in the way of their bashing...lol

A bunch of hypocrites that dont understand the business of building cars on world wide scale and with world wide competition.

What I meant was providing links within the original thread (Mexican Plant) would have sufficed and proved a point instead of making 4 or 5 redundant threads.

If the mods feel the same way, I suppose they could do that.

My intent was to just get the info out there for those posting half truths about a fractional size investment in Mexico. An investment in an existing engine plant to build engines for Mexican consumption. I guess it is only "smart" for Toyota and Honda to build in the markets they sell in...When GM and Ford do it, they get labeled as "stupid", "selfish" and "greedy".
