Glock 25, I dont get it?

Lighter people tend to perceive recoil differently generally speaking

My wife doesn’t like heavy iron. I get that. My guess she would not like the CZ82 because it is dense. IE heavy for the size. But she loves the thing

Secret is she can shoot it accurately using good skills so she forgets recoil and density

Right, should have said G19 size frame, slide, etc. with appropriate mods to shoot .380.
I am with you......my point being is that it would be a design difference........and in doing so, lets make it have more rounds maybe. We are on the same page.

Just to clarify for everyone, the model 25 isn't a new gun. It's been sold in foreign markets for about 30 years and is one of Glocks longest running models. It just wasn't sold in the US most of that time.
That why I said, "this aint Europe".

I like the gun, and I like 380. it just seems for the American market it could have made more sense.......................but on second thought, we are Americans and buy all kind of everything, so there is that.

But you couldn't fit more than 15 rounds of .380 into the grip of a G19-sized compact pistol, which the G25 is. That's what everyone's saying.

More rounds would mean a full-sized grip which would mean a different model. No reason why Glock couldn't make something like that of course, they just don't currently for any market.

I think most countries in South/Central America will only legally allow rounds up to 380 too(?).

As far as recoil, many 9mm have less recoil than compact 380s and 38 specials.
My wife's now older Taurus 9MM Millennium pro shoots like a Cadillac smooth compared to my 380 and 38 special.
Being petite as she is, it is the only gun she will use at the range and she is a darn good shot. In our CWP class out of 10 people she shot second closest to blowing out the entire center of the target. Almost tied for first (as I was comparing the targets), she had one strand of the star hanging on. :)

For me is, to carry I want something small or I wont bother. The 9 mentioned above is great around the house but Im not lugging the thing around. Actually a 380 compact is all I will bother with. Possibly the 38 at times. Haven't bothered much lately.
