Gas Price Ramifications... Not Good

Don't worry, the prices will only go up more when it's "summer time driving season", and when a refinery or two go "down for maintenance", but then prices will mysteriously drop in about 7 months time, and all of this will be forgotten.
Yup, in the meantime the price of most of the every day goods will go up because of the higher gas prices, as an excuse, but they won't come down once the gas prices inevitably go down. Round and round we go.

It's a beautiful day, so I took the fuel economy champ Viper ACR with forced induction, out for a spin. Gas is still $2.00 cheaper per gallon at the closest station, than at it's peak in the summer of 2022.

Luckily I’m old enough that I can’t remember that far back. I watch reruns on tv and they all seem like new shows lol.

Gas prices here have been not bad.

Reg gas:
prior it was around 2.99 jumped as high as 3.49, currently 3.32 or 3.02 with advantage pay.
I still have $660 in free gas from getgo.. I type in the pin for Advantage pay discount but its all paid in perk points.
Both cars near full and 10Gal in cans currently.

Yup. Everything is delivered by gas in one form or another... Ouch!

Good reminder…a lot of stations have gone back to pay-before-pump, and I was at a station and got pretty mad at that bc my usual station does not…then calmed down and realized it’s not the attendants fault…doing there job best they can…

This was just now at our local pumps. Per litre😔

I take it this kind of behaviour doesn't happen with "cheap gas"? Hardly.
Just not seeing your assertion that high prices caused this negative human interaction.
Not the first time CA has seen $5 gas prices. Nor will it be the last.
They do - and many that park like crap - drive like crap.
