Fuel cleaner before/after fuel filter change?

So I recently purchased a new toy. It has 85,000 miles on it. I have a bottle of Redline SI-1 on the shelf. I previously used the SI-1 at roughly oil change intervals, until I started using Costco Top Tier fuel at every fill up. Anyway I was thinking about running this bottle through my new toy.

My question is... If I was planning on changing the fuel filter, would you run the cleaner through before changing the filter, or after?

I would say after the fuel filter change.

Doesn't matter. The cleaner isn't getting stuck in a filter, whether new or old.

I do it before a filter change, that way anything solid that comes loose in the tank is caught in the old filter.
