I bought the attached fuel can thinking it will make filling my OPE so much easier, it did. BUT I found a downside to the design, moisture and water settles to the bottom over time and you are dispensing the fuel from the bottom of the can 🙄. Even using Stabil Marine, over 7 months of sitting in my garage I got a load of watery gas into my pressure washer without knowing it. Needles to say it drove me crazy because I bought all my fuel at the same time and had no problems from the "regular" "pour the fuel from the top" spout cans previously. I then used gas from a "pour from the top" gas can into the pressure washer and wow it started and ran fine. I'll drain fuel from this bottom fill can until it shows no fuel/water, then I'll use it quickly ;).

7months... yea I would have poured that in the car not OPE.

you must be using ethanol free?

It's E10 fuel, no E0 available. Obviously the can is plastic, as in the picture. The garage is damp where the cans are. I WAS only illustrating the design of a good idea for a fuel can but It's downside if conditions are not perfect for fuel storage.

All we have is e10 too. Can't buy pure gas here. I have never had water in mine.

Dude: I live just across the river in SE PA. E0 fuel is readily available over here. I go through roughly five gallons a month in mowing season. I may go through another couple of gallons in December to March in snow season. That's four months. How is it that you would need to store gasoline for seven months???

Eagle Safety cans is the way to go. Fuel stays fresh longer IMO.

Eagle safety cans works well for me, fuel stays fresh longer.

Steel cans only for me too. I find the Justrite steel cans much better quality than the Eagle brand.

I got so sick of the cans I had that I switched to the nato style 20l and 10l cans. So much better IMO

We live in an EPA nonattainment area and we've had only oxygenated fuels since the early 90s (E10 for many, many years). I've never seen moisture in my gas can and it is plastic like the OP's, why is that? Plenty humid here in Southeastern Wisconsin with large temperature changes.

I have only used plastic cans my whole life and I have never had an issue with water , And I live in South Louisiana where humidity is a way of life .
