I saw this as well. And they screwed up because they removed my last return, while not honoring the actual price. They use FIFO for returns and because I had purchased oil a few times before I jumped on the return train, I had a backlog of eligible items with which to select as my return. Well they went with the cheapest batch of Molygen I had purchased from years ago, but they still deleted my most recent order as that was the one I put on the form. So now once this newest return is processed, I have to go out of my way to make sure I get a few extra bucks added back in.
I'm telling ya! Never a dull moment with them! Ive had tons of drama with them. When I returned my brake kit, they had changed the pads in the kit, that was another thing I had to deal with as I wasn't interested in the new pads they were offering, eg. Logistically, their policy sounds good on paper, but the execution really needs work.
