Is it fixed?

I don't know for sure. New England weather went from fall 60s to winter cold and 10" of snow the day after I put the pan on. I let it sit till this morning and added oil. Nothing dripping so far LOL.

The ultra black because that's what I already had. If that didn't work I would have gone with one of the other options. I didn't wait an hour I just slowly tightened it up. Not real tight. Could not use a torque wrench because of clearance. Winter has kicked in so it's not clean underneath anymore but it looks like it's holding. I think it was the coating on the pan. It was too smooth I needed to rough it up a little bit.
