I just bought a new 2008 Ranger on Tuesday. Last night I was checking the fluids and looking for possible places to install a bypass oil return line. I found that the oil has a bright green dye in it. The dye was especially saturated around the filler cap and it's o-ring.
This is the 2.3L Duratec motor. Is this common practice now?
