One whole orange (including peel)
One Apple
Half cup unsweetened Applesauce
Half cup of whole cranberries.

If available I will cut some banana slices and mix in or some blueberries.

I really like as much potassium and little salt as possible. Does wonders for my BP along with equivalent of 2 cloves garlic/day.
 
eating healthy, keeping the lb's down + keeping active are all good for sure! too many people depend on scripts alone while being overweight + eating poorly. your doing good for sure + i am a big believer in nutritional supplements as well.

Keeps the fiber and the peel gives that sharp citrus kick.
