My father just purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 5.7L a few months ago to replace his 2013 GC 5.7L Trailhawk. One of the big differences is the infotainment on the newer one. It's great that it has carplay, but some of the physical controls (like heated seat and steering wheel) are now within menus in the touchscreen, and you must navigate to that menu each time the vehicle restarts. That's one reason I didn't order a 2023 M240i; BMW moved some physical buttons to the touchscreen- it makes some items more difficult-if not impossible-to safely adjust while driving.
