Fan motor bearing lubricant?

My church has several of the wall mount electric heaters with a fan. One the fan was not working. I oiled the bearing over the course of a few days and it seems to be working. If I get energetic I may take the fan out and oil the rear bearing.

I used this:

Its probably $100/qt but this $6.00 oil pen will serve me for many years. I will most likely loose it before its empty.

PROLONG SPL-100 aerosol has worked for me every single time. No dis-assembly just spray and start the fan. I've only found it online so the cost is absurd but one can lasts a lifetime. From locked up to blowing air takes only seconds. Another treatment may be needed a year or so later.
