I bought one like your Amazon link to smooth out my yard after we had a new drain field installed. Sold it afterwards and got about 80% of my money back.
I drug it around with 3 cinder blocks tied to it. Otherwise it would have taken forever to bust up the Georgia red clay.

When I did final grading on my 2/3 acre lawn, I used an 8' long 2x10 held vertically (it was attached to a steel blade for my Honda garden tractor).
