I always loved Pizza the Hut from Spaceballs
It's just another chain (highly processed ingredients) and probably not what you're looking for. It's good, but I find that different pizza is typically "good". At home, we try and rotate through our different choices. At work, the boss always gets Domino's.... After the couple years that I worked there and ate it soooooo often, I have never bought Domino's since !Quite a few positive references to Marcos pizza in this thread. I would like to try their pizza if ever the opportunity arises.
Prepared 10% food tax ? LolOverpriced. Especially after my town adds a 10% prepared food tax then delivery fee and tip. Even with a coupon, never less than $22
Higher end frozen from grocery store is better. Keep one on hand, ready in about the same time as even the fastest take out. (Just have to watch the Sodium and Calories)
Dirty secret about "extra cheese", at least with some places, they put a little bit of cheese on the sauce, then the ingredients, then the rest of the cheese on top. It's just a single serving instead of two like you paid for. One time a regional supervisor was in the store and he was a great guy and even chipped in helping make pizzas. Someone did that extra cheese trick and he stopped them asking "what is that?". He reminded us to always give them what they paid for and fixed that pizza. I'll tell you this, double cheese is a LOT ! Still to this day though, I never bother ordering extra cheese (and paying for it) since about every place still shorts you.and they put more cheese than normal on it even though I didn’t order extra cheese

For me a great pizza today would be like Mountain Mike or Mod's, etc. In NYC probably no bad ones but out in the West Coast we have lower quality pizza, and Dominos would be an average OK.
We go by two different Marco's locations on our way to Blue Springs. Rarely anyone there. Must be surviving on delivery and carry out.Quite a few positive references to Marcos pizza in this thread. I would like to try their pizza if ever the opportunity arises.
Back in the 80's their sauce was "Orange" and sweeter than the Coke.I got a few of all the toppings you want for $10....but the sauce isn't good...
Yeah, it's a total rip off, actually higher than 10% in many cases: "Meals Excise Tax" they call it plus VA 5.3% sales tax...Prepared 10% food tax ? Lol
Honestly that looks good! But nothing like Dominos around here….I just grabbed a small cheese pizza from Dominos, it’s half price Monday! As always I order it with less sauce. This one turned out great as always, nice thick crust and they put more cheese than normal on it even though I didn’t order extra cheese. So good!
I ate 4 slices for lunch and I will eat the last two for dinner View attachment 272316
