DOes PQIA test quick lube places oil?

I looked on their web site and I am not a member - do they ever test the quick lube oil bulk oils?

They are supposed to be testing or have tested bulk oils.

I think there is a control/custody issue when it comes to testing quick lube and bulk oil samples. Those issues may not have been resolved yet.
