I have a new NAPA jack that came with a rubber pad in there already. I wished it didn't, I have to now remove the engine from my wife's R50 Pathfinder because it slipped off the jack and busted the oil pan. if I had been using my old Snap On jack, that lip on the saddle would have prevented the crossmember from slipping off the jack.
