8 of them while being a weekend warrior in the USAR.
In another life, I worked maintenance and construction in the heavy petrochemical world and supervised the installation of miles of "O-Beam"; these days the "O's" I manage are in the form of 1's and 0's
Before moving to FL I worked a lot of shut downs and turn arounds for Harmony, Turner Industries, and PAX Inc. Fun Fun!

If I had the materal I would. I retired from that shop 7 years ago, so now I have to rummage for stock.
Mine went missing 8.5 years ago when I moved. I never did find one for sale. BUT I either improvised or used the pinch seam adapter that works on almost all cars (it has a 1 1/8" stub that fits my floor jack perfectly.
IF you find a round saddle with a 1 1/8" stub let me know. I'm still hurtin' for one!
