Discontinuing Endurance?

Was at a local RI Walmart and found some random Endurance sizes on clearance for $1 each! The only size I could use would be the FE6607 for my Hondas, but I decided against it since they’re the smaller size vs the FE7317. Went back to the filter isle and there were no Endurance filters to be found.

Endurance line was a way for Fram to sell the most popular selling models & most money on what they learned on the Ultra's for all these years. It is not for a wide selection. I guess the higher price of these certain models weren't selling so time to remove them.

I'd've easily taken them for 1 buck. No matter if they're a bit smaller they have the most holding capacity.

Endurance is only sold at Walmarts. There are also so many other cheaper priced filters to choose from, so people either buy something else, or swap out an Endurance into a cheaper filter's box. That Walmart must not be selling many, and/or has lots of filter swapping going on.

Went to another local RI Walmart, and they were all normally priced, so maybe just in that region they weren’t selling

My endurance was discontinued about five years ago and it ain't coming back!

I Dont like how my favorite place to get oil and filter and now its not easy available, I made up my mind stay away from fram and my go to place to get ALL my oil filter is STP line from Autozone. There STP filter is always available whenever I need an oil filter. And I haven't heard anything bad about stp oil filter line. Good bye fram.

Kinda but not really seeing as how some of the stp filters are still being produced by champ labs and Fram. I have no issue with using the ph or tg varients

I swung by my local Wally today. No clearance Endurance’s but I can confirm the normal wall of Endurance filters has been reduced to three shelves, about 4 ft long each. Looks like something is in works….
