Had a 12 CRV in for rear brakes - it got Denso pads and powerstop geomet rotors. So far no complaints with the Denso pads.

Those "standards" are easily met even by makers of pure junk parts. Check this cylinder head out they state..

The company is the manufacturer of OE supplier which professional aluminum cylinder head for more than 20 years. Focus on the quality and service. The cylinder head are obtain the ISO16949 authentication certificate， “the High sealing cylinder head”、“the long useful life of cylinder head” and the other 5 utility model patents.

I have seen quite a few of these heads over the years some from China can be good to very good and others just plain scrap, all the manufacturers proudly display the ISO and IATF certificates on the wall. Ditto made in India, the only thing I would buy made in India is probably a brass incense holder.

India build cars too. I think if I remember correctly Daihatsu (Toyota), Suzuki, etc are there along with some Koreans.

When you have manufacturers there you will have suppliers. As long as they are Denso, Akebono, Advics etc I would be fine with them made in India.

I would trust these brands from India more than a US brand run by private equity LBO owners trying to cut corners and made anywhere in the world (like today's Raybesto).

Those look a lot like the DFC 5000 series pads from India that I just installed. Might be the same supplier.

How are you liking the DFC pads? Local supplier just started carrying the 4000 and 5000 series. Most of the time I’m using Advics on the Asian stuff but in a pinch would probably use it

Brembo ceramic pads are made in China...
Some Brembo rotors are made in Mexico. Quality of both seem to be fine.

A lot of prescription drugs sold in the USA come from India. Do you have visions of a guy making pills out in the street with with a sacred cow watching?

They're a decent pad for aftermarket.
