It waz imported to Canada from the USA, the OP's profile dhows as a resident of Canada. The OP posted "Made in USA" before posting anything about it being imported by Fram in Canada. Nothing "overseas" shown here by the OP.

I bent the o ring part a little upon cutting it open but this filter held up well. I had it on my 2003 Ford focus zx5

Lol I looked up this post awhile ago cause I saw these filters for $2.25 on sale at fleet farm and bought a couple. I'm new to this whole forum give me some slack jk
