It's even murkier with something like me and people ask me to fix powersports or SxSs. I mean, I can, but it's not really in my wheelhouse.
As mentioned, some of it is because people know I'll figure it out, and our local powersport dealers are terrible (so it's a low bar)
The one thing I never have a problem refusing anymore is mobile welding/fabrication. I used to do that but unless you keep a truck loaded full-time it's too much working "mob'ing" (mobilizing) for a job.
I enjoy Watch Wes Work because that guy does auto repair, electric/electronic repair, MDT/heavy equipment stuff and CNC equipment and more. I honestly have no idea how he finds the time with a young family and editing and uploading vids.
