Oser look at the box of Remington .22 LR ....it's hollow point. No wonder it was $30 /525 rounds. Didn't look that closely at the store.

Likely true for online vs retail store. So far I like Target USA and SGAmmo.Decent prices, they don't gouge on shipping and they are fast.
 
I just use the cheap steel cased stuff for messing around with my AR-15 in .223. You can get 1,000 rounds with free shipping for around $220 and believe it or not the steel stuff has actually gotten pretty decent.

I also got 170lbs of free 7.62x51 NATO (.308) from a friend that I've yet to even get a gun for but I couldn't say no.
 
Got a 500 round box of Remington "Thunderbolt" .22LR at Walmart for $21.76 a few months ago (4.35 cents per round). Not bad considering prices today. The days of 2~3 cents per round are long gone.
