I wanted to report a successful removal of about 3/4 of a crayon melted into a cloth seat (yellow crayon on a gray cloth passenger seat.

I first chipped away as much as I could. Then I got a terry cloth towels and laid it on the seat. Heated up a clothes iron on high heat and high steam. Pressed iron into terry cloth towel and hit the steam mega button on the iron. Kept doing this over and over with a fresh spot on the towel.

When I got as much as I could with that method, I sprayed Greased Lightning orange cleaner and rubbed with a micro fiber towel. Did this about a dozen times until the towel stopped coming up yellow.

I thought this one was a goner and I would have to buy a new seat cover from the stealer. Was on my wife's '01 Dodge Grand Caravan.

I heard the Greased Lightning orange blast was good on crayons for clothes so I gave it a try. I used it full strength and it worked very well. I rinsed the area with hot towels and dried with dry towels when I was done with the GL.
