Hi all, I just did a used oil analysis of Amsoil 5w40 on my Honda s2000, for 5000 miles. They flagged silicon as being elevated, at 20ppm. I run a stock intake system, the filter is in very good condition and the system looks great. I used 5 oz of Redline Engine Break-In additive to the oil. I did a search of the product and saw a VOA of the additive and which showed 158 ppms of silicon. I think normal silicon for my car would be about 6ppms, would the additive be enough to bump Si up to 20ppms?. If so it would relieve my mind. Any opinions?. Link of VOA of product below:
