for proving a team doesn't have to win at least half its games to make the playoffs.

Thanks for the true feelings..........

I think some Oregonians have NFL team envy never having had a real team.

You never know the Hawks could beat the Saints. Look what happened to Nebraska ranked 18 at the Holiday Bowl. They spanked us earlier in the year, but maybe they did not respect the Huskies afterwords. That might have been their undoing.

Hawks will probably lose, but nothing is guaranteed. If I remember right we were supposed to lose to Carolina years back.

I have mixed feelings. Part of me wants to get good draft picks. If we beat the Saints I will feel much better.

Theres this joke..

Q: Why doesn't Portland have a professional football team.

A: Because Seattle would want one too.

Do you realize that Seattle won the NFC West 5 out of the last 7 seasons?

You know thats not say anything at all?

Rough crowd!

With the Sea Chickens, you never know which team may show up. We must say this, the defense stepped up last night. Seriously - the Rams have a decent running game, and for them to score ZERO TD's.......hmm.....I say good going Seattle D.

No it's not amazing that Seattle is going to the playoffs with a losing record. What is amazing that they have won games and are going to the playoffs without a quarterback.

Yes, that's true. However, this year we've got a college team that could beat a few real NFL teams!

Only one way to tell.......

I don't have a problem with a 7-9 team going to the playoffs as a division winner. I do however have a problem with a team winning all 6 division games, + 2 more, and not making the playoffs. ('10 Raiders).

They certainly thumped the Hawks this year. I was thinking it was an easy Hawks win......wrong.

Raiders fired coach Cable. Al Davis is an idiot....... first time in years they were showing much promise.

As much of a rivalry as the Hawks have had with the Raiders I think Cable should have been given the chance.

Looks like PeteTheFarmer might want to stick to farming and not putting down our Hawks........I have a feeling he does not feel so clever now. Dang that Lynch run was amazing........

I forgot to turn off my VCR and missed the first half.

Sweet win.......

Seahawks are the Rodney Dangerfield of the football world......

Let me guess.......PeteTheFarmer will read our postings, but won't have the guts to say he stuck his foot in his mouth. But maybe he will man up?

So if Seattle is not a football team you are saying the other teams they beat to win the division are not football teams either? Yea I guess you're right St. Louis, Arizona, and SF have never been to the super bowl...
