Have had this several times before. Always good. Just tore into this bag this AM. I think it would make a great espresso in my Gaggia Brera. It was on sale at Costco.

Did you ever try it with espresso machine?
I just saw your post and thanks for the reminder.
If you saw my post #2001 I got five cases of this coffee delivered the second week of January and I just checked we’re down to our last case which is 2 bags of coffee left. Altogether that’s six cases of coffee as we had one case already on hand.

It’s our only coffee after years and years and years of trying different coffees. This is the one for us as long as the price remains reasonable..
I just passed them up at Costco when they were on sale because I thought we had more now I wish I ordered 10 cases last time they were on sale.
I still can’t believe it, it goes fast!

Have not tried it in the Gaggia Brera yet. I think it would be quite good. The beans are slightly oily but not like some of the dark roasts we like... Kirkland Colombian Supremo and Kirkland House blend and Peet's Major Dickasons. I think I have Trader Joe's Colombian in it now. It's good...and not oily at all. Oily is ok for the Baratza Encore and the Oxo grinders for both Moccamasters...not the Gaggia Brera though.

I think it’s ok if air tight
Yes, correct, has to be sealed. Products retain odors off each other in the freezer if not completely sealed. So many coffees are in bags now. I used to buy whole 5-pound bags of coffee beans and keep them in my freezer, it worked fine, did it for years. The key on the bags is to buy the heavy-duty style potato chip spring loaded clips (about 6 inches wide) and use them on your bags of coffee. Worked for me.

Any further information on this mixture. Quantities and sources?

Thanks. Any noticible effects for you when replacing sugars with this? I notice that inulin is available made from agave, chicory root or Jarusalem artichoke. one better than another?

No. In fact my body seems to need glycine. Not sure why I would be short on it but it works. Some people have belly issues with the others. I don’t at all.

I don’t think glycine is heat stable so I don’t cook with it but this isn’t hard science

I’ve used all three forms seems like chicory is most available?
