Where do you get the Cameron's?Cameron's breakfast blend. Was buying Tim Horton's for the longest time but needed a change. Idk seams as if it was getting bitter or maybe just me. Need to get some Caribou next, it was always good when traveling out West.

Had a steak in the Hotel Hershey and it was outstanding. Must have had the coffee the next AM too as we had breakfast there too. Was a great overall experience.I have had some of the coffees on here that get raves. I have had many coffees my son has made over many years. He has big bucks and has had at least 3 top shelf coffee/expresso machines He has roasted his own coffees from who knows how many different suppliers.
Many of us fancy ourselves as connoisseurs. Or we just know what WE like even though others may not. I really don't know where I fit in. But I do know that of all the coffees I have drunk over 65+ years..the overwhelming number are so-so. I can say for certainty the coffee I have had at Hotel Hershey-Circular Dining Room (In Hershey PA) was the best I ever drank. I knew the brand at the time, bought some and made in in multiple coffee makers (using non chlorinated water). Non hold a candle to the way THEY brew it.
So now I have a large cup of McDonalds in the morning. Its good and very consistent.
I do have to say there is a coffee shop in town that has been around for 10+ years. The owner knows what he is doing. The coffee is Non GMO and comes in 50# (?) bags. His roster is gigantic. It doesn't rival Hershey but is better than Mcdonalds. I'll go there tomorrow and get pics....or maybe I'll go to McDonaldes. I get a large cup for 99cents with my app lol.

You guys seem to have pretty good taste... One of you guys, I forget who, posted that the Eight 'o Clock Colombian was pretty good, so I picked some up today. It's pretty good - not my favorite, but definitely drinkable. Kinda has what seems to me to be a "vintage" or "old-fashioned" flavor - like, what I expect the average cup 'o joe tasted like from a diner or something, back in the '60s. Kinda a sharp, "bright" edge to it.
Anyway, here's my stash. Had to put my favorite mug in there, ha ha

I use an electric kettle, Chemex, and my grinder is a radial burr 1/2 horsepower behemoth from a convenience store. MSRP of these things are $800 new, this one works great and I snagged it for $60. Some think conical burr is better- but I've seen a few tests where they analyzed the grinds and the radial had fewer fines and more consistent sizing. For drip coffee, it's truly hard to beat. For espresso, go burr or go home.

Yep thanks... I push pretty much every green coffee right to the very beginning of Full City range to pick up some roast notes as well as maintaining the inherent notes each coffee has to offer. Then heavy on dose, finer range of grinding, tamp pressure on lighter side and end up with my sought after viscosity.It certainly looks it; nice demitasse BTW.
