African and Indonesian earthy medium-dark roasts suit my discriminating palate best.

--Sulawesi Kalosi (Peets)
--Three Africas (Blue Bottle)

My top two.

Tell us more. In what way is it "Really, Really good?" What's the roast like? Can you describe the flavor profile?
Delicious, robust organic roast.

Currently $4.99 for 10 oz. Sometimes it gets down to $3.99. Don't let the low price scare you off....
This seems to be one of the more popular house brands at our store.

Probably the best overall coffee I have experienced, was from Trader Joe's several decades ago. It was a light roast Organic from Huehuetenango.
I'm glad you posted what you did. It reminded me to comment on the coffee I recently received.

The flavor profile as shown here is pretty accurate according to my palate, although the "strawberry candy" was unavailable to my taste buds. The chocolate is clear, and the lemon appears more as brightness than an in-your-face lemon hit. While the label says the coffee is a dark roast, it's not that heavy-handed roast that Peet's has some notoriety for producing. It's more of a heavy medium or a lighter dark roast. The coffee has a good, but not abundant, crema. It takes well to brewing in the French press. I'm quite pleased with this selection.

What roast level? Does it have a roast date?
Medium dark roast.
Roast date 10.29.24 .
Certified organic.
Stumptown out of Portland, Oregon.
This is premium quality product.
I do slow 48-72 hour cold brewing with a Meuller Cold Brew Coffee Maker, to lower the acid.
The flavor is intensified, and features classic Ethiopian qualities of floral notes with honey and citrus.
Ethiopia is where coffee was first discovered.
