Did they just go to Group III basestocks now?
I read about the Mobil 1 vs Chevron Synthetic post - and how the Chevron wasn't even cooked while the M1 was totally cooked after a LeMans race. was this true for the Group III version of Chevron synth or the PAO?
The M1 SS specs don't look very hot at all seems comparable to Pennzoil w/ Penzane. Makes me wonder why Mobil isn't pushing the envelope with its PAO formula. I was impressed with the extremely low pour point of the Chevron.
