So unlikely that this 'new' VW oil would be the Pennzoil 0w30 Euro LX?

Ah Ok. Though, yet to find this with all approvals. In NAPA they had on sale ESP 0W30 but in the back it says ACEA C3 only. Nothing else.

I noticed that too when I bought 3 packs last fall (2 changes). Mobil said it is approved but gave no reason for it not being on the bottle.

Probably Mobil 1. It is in their packaging.

Same here when i bought some to try it in the Passat. The bottle only says C3 but the website lists all approvals. Weird.

It is weird as Mobil 1 is really good about listing approvals.
