i read this, i 200% agree the employee should be fired, but the shift manager ? im sure the shift manager had no idea this was going on or taking place.. had the shiift manager known they would have most likely done something about it.. so my question is what disapline is the clown that took the actual photo getting ? no mention of that person..

I had to stop going to the Burger King nearest to me.

The food assembly area had a large trash can placed directly against the prep area. Propped right up against the food prep area. no lid and overflowing with garbage.

My son had just potty-trained and was still fascinated with using different facilities. The bathroom was completely unuseable. I still remember my son's exact words, "Back up daddy. We can't go in there."

The guy preparing the food was doing a dead on impression of Chris Rock's (n-word)vs black people loudly enough to be heard in line. The female manager, instead of counseling him, demanded that he...ummm...perform a sexual act on her that should not be anatomically possible on a female.

I just couldn't eat there.

All kinds of weird garbage. A month or two ago me, my brother, and a friend from crownvic dot net went to spokane to go 'yarding.
Anyway, so we stop at I think it was a zips for lunch.
After we had gotten our meals and drinks, my eye was wandering around until I caught the guy that was filling the ICE part of the soda machine. He dumped the ice from this white bin into the machine then used the bottom of the bin to stamp the ice down and compact it into the machine.
I lost track of my eye brows for a split second they shot so far up. I decided to keep an eye on the situation and see exactly where the bin goes.
So I watched him carry it around through the employee door, and I can see over the counter that he sits it on the FLOOR in front of the ice maker. *insert 1000x1000 pixel rolleye simley here*
After he fills it he carries it over to the counter and sits it on that, walks all the way around through the employee door back to the front of the counter to pick it up again.
So I leaned over and told the others to, "watch this clown with the ice bin."
He didnt do it again so I ended up explaining the situation. Suddenly, no body wanted refills.
'cept for me 'cause I dont use ice.

Have you guys ever seen the mop bucket these fast food places use? They'll rake in about
10 thousand dollars an hour, but their mop bucket is always dilapidated and filthy.

I do not think about how my food is prepared, where it has been, or what nasty's are in it. If I did I could never eat. I got to many stories of eating LHD food and dining with the Afghans to worry about junk like this. But I have to admit if I found some "guy" doing this to my food, I would be very tempted to place my forehead into his face.

Imagine that. Garbage that hardly qualifies as food being prepared by minimum wage employees who hate what they do. I have no doubt that things like this are much more common than you might imagine.

Considering what the lettuce has been through, it still might make an improvement when added to the slop that gets passed off as food in those places.

It's hard to fathom why anyone would waddle into a place like that and actually eat anything.

With stagnate wages and unemployment where it is for many people, and the fact most people can't even chop an onion or are too lazy to make Kraft macaroni, it's no wonder why fast food is so popular.

And after what I've seen (wife works part time in fast food) and she has told me, I'm pretty much never eating fast food again. Don't care if it's cheaper to eat there, because I'd much rather keep the food down....

Eating subs is about as fast food as I go....

+1

I have pretty much sworn off the fast food franchises too. Maybe it is isnt much different, but luncheon specials from Asian restaurants cost about the same and are just as fast during lunchtime rushes. I've been getting a 6A from Ming's for over 30 yrs. Pork strips, pork fried rice, and pork chow mein . What my old work partner from Hong Kong, called American Chinese food. I 've had some decent sub sandwiches too. Mostly . I pack my own lunch and coffee.
