My ex and I test drove a vibe with the manual transmission. I *really* hoped she would choose it - it seemed like a GREAT car and the drivetrain was butter. She did not. She made a good decision and picked up a ford escape hybrid, but to me the vibe (I think it was the vibe variant, it could have been a matrix) was a very well-sorted vehicle.

Test drove the '10 VIBE with the manual . Very easy clutch and shifting . Best clutch and shifting was a MAZDA 2 .
