I would think it would clean the screen given a chance.

If it keeps clogging up the screen, you have severe sludge problems. MMO is great but if yours keeps clogging up, you are in need of some engine work. Most likely, you need to have the top end checked out by a mechanic and then cleaned out. How much do you want to spend and is the car worth it? MMO is a great product but it will not fix any severe engine problems that were caused by neglect.

Mechanic has already cleaned a bunch of [censored] from the top of the engine, that's when the worst clogging started when all of that junk got busted up.

I'm probably gonna try a few flushes to see what happens and have an oil pressure gauge installed, I found another vehicle for a few thousand bucks that I'm probably going to get, at least then I can work on this on the side and still have something to drive.
