Best quality 12v dash heater

Those 12v heaters are toys. I had some very cold drives years ago working graves and needing a heater core replaced. I found windows down and that 12v POS heater inside my coat did the most warmth and the glass stayed clear. Nothing says fun like going to work in sub freezing temps with the windows down.
